1. General

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you any full refund or exchange.

2. How to request a refund

Please contact our customer service at info@wellnessarc.life with your order number and reason for return.

We will then instruct you on how to proceed with shipping.

Once we have received your return package, you will receive a full refund. Please be advised that refunds take up to 5 working days to process and we will refund you via your original payment method.

3. Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• We cannot accept returns on products which have been opened or used already.
• Returned items must be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must be unopened and unused

4. Additional Information

The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping product back to us, unless the item is faulty. Wellness Arc Singapore is not responsible for parcels that are lost or misdirected when being returned to us. Retain your return tracking number for your records.
